Robbie Gabriëls is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of People Processes, Technology, and Transformation at Unit4 since November 2014. In this role, Robbie focuses on enhancing HR service delivery and driving the performance of the People Operations department through continuous process improvement, the implementation of next-generation automation technology, and improved employee experience. As Global Process Owner, Robbie oversees all People Experience processes across various functions and geographies. Previously, Robbie served as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Unit4 and held recruitment consultant positions at Franchise Connect and ScientiQ Staffing BV. Robbie's earlier experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Wegener Media and a Graduate Trainee at Getronics PinkRoccade. Robbie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Avans+ and various other degrees in business and marketing.
