Louis de Gasté

Louis de Gasté began their work experience in 2015 as a Research Assistant at NAOC. In 2016, they interned as an Aerospace Engineer at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Louis then had an internship in quantive trading at ADG Capital Management LLP in 2017. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Alexander Thamm GmbH as a Trainee Data Engineer and later as a Senior Data Engineer, where they had various responsibilities including project lead, data engineering, data science, consulting, training, and recruitment. In 2022, they joined Unit8 as a Data Engineer.

Louis de Gasté obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in the years 2013 to 2016. Louis then pursued their Master's degree in Physics at ETH Zürich from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they also completed a Master's degree (Thesis) in the fields of Bio physics, machine learning, and computer vision at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Additionally, in the same year, they engaged in another Master's degree (Thesis) at the Technical University of Munich, although the specific field of study was not provided.
