Nicole Pressley

Nicole Pressley serves as the Field & Programs Director at the Unitarian Universalist Association since March 2020, focusing on organizing efforts aligned with justice priorities and leadership development. Previously, Nicole held roles including National Organizer at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta and Communications Director at AFL-CIO. Experience also includes managing communications at Dayton's Bluff Community Council, where strategies were developed for public relations and audience engagement. Additional roles involved field management at Working America, where efforts were made to increase the Minimum Wage and broaden Medicare, and community education at Planned Parenthood of Western New York. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American/Black Studies from Northwestern University in 2009.
