Healthcare Pathways Development at UNITE-LA

Imani Johnson, MOTS, is an experienced occupational therapist currently working at Split Second Foundation since July 2023 and previously at Bastion Community of Resilience. In addition to clinical roles, Imani serves in healthcare pathways development at UNITE-LA, focusing on organizing proposals for state and federal funding to enhance workforce readiness. Previous experience includes serving as a development coordinator for the Natasha Watley Foundation, where Imani organized fundraising events, and as lead case manager at People Assisting The Homeless, overseeing a team of case managers. Imani has also held positions such as a certified behavioral therapist at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders and participated in occupational therapy shadowing programs at Quinnipiac University and Keck Graduate Institute. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University, Imani holds a Bachelor's degree from UCLA.
