Gary Knox-Hammell is an experienced Flight Service Manager at Virgin Atlantic, responsible for managing a team of up to 20 employees, ensuring safety, service standards, and customer satisfaction for flights accommodating up to 450 passengers. In addition to this role, Gary serves as a Shop Steward with Unite the Union, aiding employees in disciplinary matters and providing guidance on rights in accordance with EASA regulations. Gary has a background in law, having worked as a Solicitor in Employment with MSB and gaining voluntary experience with firms such as Weightmans and Hill Dickinson LLP.
