Chelsea Sexton, MPA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Customer and Community Success at Unite Us, overseeing revenue retention, contract performance, and strategic planning for Downstate New York. Previously, Chelsea held roles including Manager of Program Implementation at Girls Who Code, where oversight of over 10,000 after-school coding clubs and a successful student enrollment strategy were key responsibilities. Chelsea's experience also includes positions at the NYC Department of Education, where significant contributions were made to early childhood education policy and expansion, and at SAWA for Development & Aid, providing support to Syrian refugees. Chelsea’s background encompasses policy review with UNFPA, project management with Community Resource Exchange, and program development during service with the Peace Corps. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Non-Profit Management from NYU and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Florida State University.
