Gail Weinberger Rodman

Gail Weinberger Rodman currently serves as the AVP of People Experience & Operations at Unite Us, where responsibilities include developing HRIS strategies and enhancing employee engagement. Additionally, as the Head of Human Resources at NowPow, Gail oversees key functions such as talent management, organizational change, and compliance. Experience also includes directing Human Resources at The University of Chicago Graham School and managing operations at the Lindau Laboratory. Earlier career roles spanned various human resources positions at ING, Investors Bank & Trust, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Gail holds a BA in Sociology from Boston University and a Human Resources Management certificate from Bentley University.
