Alexis Delgado-Waldron

Alexis Delgado-Waldron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center management and operations. Currently serving as the Contact Center Manager at United Air Temp since July 2024, Alexis also co-founded CHARMSTONE, L.L.C. in October 2020. Previous roles include Manager of Operations at Veteran Government Services, Business Development Center Director at Vision Motors Inc, and various leadership positions at Notal Vision and ICS Nett. Notably, Alexis developed a comprehensive contact center for the Association of the US Army and provided consulting services at MorganFranklin Corporation. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University, complemented by a strong academic foundation from Boston University and the Bronx High School of Science.
