Amy Heiser

Amy Heiser is a seasoned contract management professional currently serving as the Manager of Contract Management at United Airlines since February 2025. In this role, Amy oversees the negotiation and drafting of contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and legal standards while also mentoring a team of Contract Managers. Prior to this, Amy worked at Double Good as a Contract Manager and Legal Operations Manager, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating contracts and developing a centralized knowledge management repository for the legal department. Amy's experience also includes serving as a Senior Contract Manager at Echo Global Logistics and holding various legal positions at Toyota Automated Logistics Group, where duties progressed from Paralegal to Senior Legal Specialist. Amy holds a Master of Science in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor's of Science in Public Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis.
