Ashley Madsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at United Airlines since June 2017, Ashley has held multiple titles including Director of Personalization and Content Management Application Development and Director of Information Technology Application Development focused on Contact Centers. In previous roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, Ashley managed significant technology initiatives, including a $40 million Crew Tech portfolio and spearheaded a successful integration of a maintenance system for a major airline with zero flight delays.
