Becky Selzer

Becky Selzer is a highly experienced professional in cybersecurity and digital technology, currently serving as a Senior Principal Architect in Platform Architecture/Engineering at United Airlines since August 2014. Selzer’s career includes leadership roles such as Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer and CIO, and Chief Digital Officer, where efforts were focused on enhancing organizational alignment and engagement. Extensive expertise in aviation cyber security was demonstrated while serving as Senior Manager and Director in various capacities, leading initiatives in ethical hacking, vulnerability management, and the United Bug Bounty program. In addition to roles at United Airlines, Selzer contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Blue Team Con and previously served as a board member for the Aviation Information Sharing and Analysis Center. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Maryland.
