Francis Poutier

Francis Poutier is an experienced aviation professional with over 30 years in operations and program management. Currently serving as the Airframe Vendor Maintenance Program Manager at United Airlines since October 2021, Francis oversees MRO safety operations, quality control, financial performance, and engineering. Prior roles include On-Site Heavy Maintenance Representative at CommutAir, Maintenance Controller/Educator at ExpressJet Airlines, and Lead Mechanic/Foreman at Mesa Airlines, among others. Francis's educational background includes an MBA in International Business/Marketing from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Management from Parks College, complemented by a strong foundation in aviation from Saint Louis University.
