Jessica Muench

Jessica Muench is an experienced professional in human resources, labor relations, and legal strategy, currently serving as Managing Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition and Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer at United Airlines since August 2011. Jessica has played a crucial role in fostering a positive labor relations culture, leading contract negotiations, and providing legal counsel on employment matters. Prior roles include serving as Associate General Counsel for the State of Illinois and Board Member, where Jessica adjudicated labor relations disputes. Jessica's earlier experience also features a position as Attorney for the City of Chicago, covering procurement and discrimination litigation. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from Purdue University, among other educational qualifications.
