Maria Taylor

Maria Taylor serves as the Chief Learning Officer at United Airlines since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading the global learning and training strategy to enhance operational excellence and customer experience. Previously, Maria was the Executive Director of Executive Education at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from October 2017 to January 2019, focusing on leadership development and learning solutions in response to technological changes. Maria's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Director and Director of Learning Solutions at Penn State Executive Programs and Raytheon from 2000 to 2017, as well as Managing Director of Executive Education at Pennsylvania State University. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at Maryland National Bank from 1985 to 1991. Maria holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Political Science, both from Penn State University.
