Regina Sbarbaro

Regina Sbarbaro is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in instructional design and strategic program management. Currently serving as Director of Learning Solutions at United Airlines since October 2022, Regina previously held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte from October 2019 to October 2022. Regina's career began at Accenture, where tenure spanned from August 2006 to October 2019 as a Senior Instructional Design Lead and Senior Manager, overseeing the design of data-driven consulting courses and talent development programs, as well as leading initiatives in Ethics and Compliance training. Regina holds a Master of Science in Education focusing on Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Management from the University of Dayton.
