Shaleen Vohra

Shaleen Vohra is an accomplished student in Mechanical Engineering at The Grainger College of Engineering, expected to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as External Vice President and Community Service Director for the Society of Women Engineers, Shaleen has held various leadership positions within the organization. Additionally, Shaleen is involved with the Engineering Council at the University of Illinois as a Service External Events Coordinator and Outreach Committee Member. Professional experience includes roles as a Digital Technology Intern at United Airlines, a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Hinetics, and an Infrastructure & Industrial Transmission Intern at EN Engineering. Shaleen's background includes experience as a Certified Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from 2018 to 2020.
