Soudeh Mansourian

Soudeh Mansourian is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources, data science, and supply chain management. From May 2012 to June 2022, Soudeh served as the Managing Director of HR Services - Employee Experience & Insights at United Airlines, following various roles including Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Operations and Director of Customer Strategy and Innovation. Prior experience includes working as a Data Scientist at IRI, where direct collaboration with senior leadership supported the enhancement of analytics methodologies. Additionally, Soudeh was a Senior Performance Analyst at Topco Associates LLC, providing key supply chain insights, and contributed to academic research as a Research Assistant and Graduate Assistant at DePaul University. Soudeh holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing Strategy from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a M.A. in Management from Azad Science and Research University.
