San Chen has extensive experience in brand management and product design, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Brand at United Airlines since June 2017, with prior positions including Manager of Brand and Principal of Brand Strategy & Activation. Before this, San Chen held multiple roles at United Airlines, beginning as an Onboard Product Design Specialist and culminating in an eCommerce Product Management Intern position. Prior experience includes an Industrial Design Internship at Beyond Design, Inc., where market trends were analyzed for innovative design solutions, as well as an internship with ThinkImpact focused on social entrepreneurship. San Chen holds a Master of Science in Engineering Design Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Design Engineering, both from Northwestern University, and graduated from Columbus Academy.
