Shane Klesh

Shane Klesh is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles within the service and marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Service Apprentice at United Alarm Services Inc. since January 2019, Shane is engaged in customer service and system programming. In addition, Shane manages social media content for the company's Facebook and LinkedIn pages to enhance client engagement. Previous experience includes working as a seasoned Central Station Operator, responding to urgent alarm signals. As President of the Western Marketing Association, Shane oversees chapter operations and event coordination, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. Earlier roles include positions in the food service industry, where Shane developed customer service and operational skills. Shane is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at Western Connecticut State University, building a solid foundation for future career advancements.
