Suzanne Alipourian

Suzanne Alipourian has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Suzanne started their career as an Airport Manager at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines in 1997. Suzanne then joined Etihad in 2007 and was promoted multiple times, eventually becoming the Regional General Manager for Europe and the Americas. During their time at Etihad, Suzanne initiated changes in customer practices, resulting in enhanced customer experiences and a significant reduction in complaints. Suzanne also led the launch of new operations in several major airports and redesigned the guest experience approach, leading to increased customer satisfaction. In 2021, Suzanne joined MAG USA as the Vice President of Operations, where they collaborated with leaders across departments to drive continuous improvement and implement key corporate initiatives. Suzanne also ensured exceptional customer experiences across all US locations. Currently, Suzanne is the Chief of Operations at United Aviate Academy, starting in 2023.

Suzanne Alipourian has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from DeVry University. The field of study for this degree is not specified. Suzanne has also taken courses in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, Suzanne has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in French Language and Literature from Université de Caen Normandie. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a certificate in "Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity" from Coursera Course Certificates, which was achieved in May 2021.
