Dr. Kayode Fashola is a consummate professional with over 30 years’ cognate experience obtained from management and board positions covering Banking Operations, Risk Management, Credit/Financial Analysis, Insurance, Asset Management, Business Strategy/Development, Performance Management and Corporate Governance.

Dr. Fashola previously served as an Executive Director of a commercial bank in Nigeria. He holds two master’s degrees and a Ph.D. in Business Administration specialising in Entrepreneurial Financing. Dr. Fashola is the Chairman of the Board’s Finance & General Purpose Committee. He also serves on the Board’s Credit and Risk Management Committees.
