Chrystine Heier

Chrystine Heier, CEBS, LIA, is an experienced professional in the employee benefits industry, currently serving as a Board Member for United Benefit Advisors® since January 2023. As the President and Owner of Sullivan Benefits since 1999, Chrystine leads a full-service employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm that provides comprehensive services to mid-sized employers in New England. Chrystine's prior roles include Vice President and Manager of Employee Benefit Services at Marsh from 1989 to 1999, with earlier positions as an Account Executive at Fringe Benefit Design and a Group Underwriter at GE Financial Services. Educational achievements include a BBA in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
