Nick Allenson

Nick Allenson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Nick started their career at British Airways where they worked in various analytical roles. Nick then joined GlaxoSmithKline, where they held multiple finance manager positions and eventually became the Site Finance Director. After that, they worked at Linde Material Handling as a Financial Controller, responsible for developing a more profitable product mix. Nick then transitioned to Carnival UK, where they served as the Head of Finance for both Product Development & Supply and Hotel Operations. Nick also worked at the Diocese of London as an Interim Finance - Development Projects partner. Most recently, Nick served as the Director of Finance, Property & IT at London City Mission and as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at The Brendoncare Foundation. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at United Bible Societies. Throughout their career, Nick has been involved in various financial strategies, restructuring, business change programs, and team building initiatives.

Nick Allenson has a M Eng / Man degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture & Management from the University of Birmingham, which they completed from 1987 to 1991. Nick also holds an ACDMM degree in Design, Manufacture & Management from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained from 1991 to 1992.
