Gary Kurtz

Gary Kurtz is currently the Vice President, Business Development Officer - SBA & Commercial real estate lending at United Business Bank. Prior to this, Gary has held various roles such as VP, BDO of SBA & Commercial Lending at Pacific Enterprise Bank, Owner of Digital Addict Studios & TourFactoryOC, and Broker at Kurtz Real Estate Group at Alain Pinel Realtors. With a background in luxury real estate and commercial real estate development, Gary has also worked in the entertainment industry as Sr. VP at Mevio and VP at MediaZone. Gary has also overseen development and production at Global Media Television and Unapix Productions. Gary holds a BS in Business from Pepperdine University and has also pursued Continuing Education in Start Up/Innovation at Stanford University.
