Nduka Mba-Uzoukwu has a strong background in customer experience and service management, demonstrated by their various roles in different companies. Nduka currently serves as the Group Head of Customer Experience at United Capital Plc, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Group Customer Experience Director at Heirs Holdings starting from February 2022.

Before their roles at United Capital Plc and Heirs Holdings, Nduka held the position of Managing Partner at CX-PRACTICE...Your Customer Service Management Partners, from January 2018 onwards. Nduka's early work experience includes being a Senior Customer Care Executive at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe from June 2001 to May 2006, and a Trainee Banker at Citizens Bank from June 2000 to June 2001. Overall, Nduka brings a wealth of experience in customer service and management to their current position at United Capital Plc.

Nduka Mba-Uzoukwu attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication.
