Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cargo Support Services at United Cargo since November 2018, Michael oversees capital expenditure, partner management, and cost control, while managing $180M in vendor contracts. Prior to this role, Michael was responsible for driving cost savings as Manager of Cargo Operations Analytics and optimizing operational performance as a Senior Analyst. Additionally, Michael's background includes critical roles at United Airlines and Standard Bank and Trust Co., along with an internship at CNA Insurance, providing a well-rounded foundation in business analysis, project management, and financial oversight. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
