Richard Scott Coleman

Richard Scott Coleman serves as the Sr. Director of Employment Resources at UCP Heartland since July 2018, overseeing comprehensive aspects of the Employment Resources Department in St. Louis and Jefferson City. Previous roles include Director of Employment Resources for United Cerebral Palsy from October 2016 to July 2018 and Director of Employment Services at The Center for Head Injury Services from April 2009 to October 2016, where management of staff and programmatic operations were key responsibilities. Coleman has experience in academia as an Adjunct Instructor at Maryville University of Saint Louis, teaching courses focused on employment and disabilities. Further, Richard has a background in recruitment and advertising, having held positions at Manpower and Suburban Journals, where responsibilities included sales management, staffing, and community engagement.
