Director, Community Participation Supports at UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA

In her role as Director of Community Participation Supports, April Treaster is responsible for day-to-day operational oversight of this community-focused, forward-looking service alternative to traditional day programs. In that capacity, she is responsible for quality improvement and growth, continuous staff development, and regulatory compliance. A strong proponent of the philosophy that individual growth and development is a lifelong opportunity, April focuses on three key areas of participation: communication, choice and control, and community engagement.
