Nate Desmarais

Nate comes to UCP with more than 20 years of experience in the human resources profession in industries ranging from healthcare to banking. Most recently, he served for 8 years as Director of Human Resources for CURE International, an international non-profit primarily focused on treating children with orthopedic disabilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Messiah College and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University. He also holds the certifications of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Nate and his wife Tammy have two daughters, Olivia and Amelia, and one son, Grayson. They reside in Mechanicsburg.
