Emily Wilson has extensive experience in supporting individuals with disabilities through various roles in the healthcare and education sectors. Since September 2015, Emily has worked as a Personal Care Worker at Community Living Alliance, providing essential support and personal care for children with disabilities and their families. Additionally, Emily serves as an Inclusion Facilitator and Respite Worker at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County, where responsibilities include managing the transition of children with disabilities into childcare programs and training staff on personal care needs. Emily also has research experience as an Undergraduate Assistant at both the Auditory Electrophysiology Lab under Cynthia Fowler, Ph. D, and the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds under Richard Davidson, Ph. D. Educationally, Emily holds a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2020, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the same institution, completed in 2015.
