Leigha Young

Leigha Young is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in behavioral health and customer service. Currently serving as a Behavior Technician at Mindcolor Autism since August 2022, Leigha applies applied behavioral analysis techniques and meticulously records client data to support behavior intervention plans. In addition to this role, Leigha has worked as a Respite Provider at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County since September 2021. Previous experience includes positions at The Home Depot as a Cashier, where multiple tasks were managed in a fast-paced environment, and as a Research Assistant at Schlesinger Group, collecting and recording data for research projects. Leigha also served as a Badger Wellness Ambassador at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, ensuring compliance with COVID-19 protocols, and worked as an Assembler at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, focusing on quality production processes. Leigha holds a degree in Psychology and Gender and Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
