Courtney Delgado

Courtney Delgado currently serves as the Operations Project Manager at UCP of Sacramento and Northern California, managing multiple projects within the Operations department and aligning with strategic initiatives set by the COO since August 2022. Previously, Courtney held the position of Director of Special Events at Eleventh Hour Rescues - Shanghai, where responsibilities included planning and executing animal rescue events and fundraising activities from May 2020 to July 2022. With extensive experience at EF Education First from September 2015 to May 2021, Courtney held multiple roles including Project Manager for Customer Experience, where projects were led in a cross-cultural environment, and Marketing Teacher, focused on developing innovative lesson plans and training others. Earlier teaching roles at Merryhill Schools involved creating engaging lesson plans and fostering communication with parents to support student development. Courtney earned a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from California State University-Sacramento.
