Megan James has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Megan started their career as a Customer Service Clerk at Kroger in 2006 and held the role until 2010. Following this, they transitioned to The Brickman Group as a Call Center Agent from November 2010 to June 2011. Megan then joined Kroger again as a Cashier from July 2011 to March 2012. In May 2012, they became a Clerical Office Worker at The Timken Company for a short period of time until October 2012. Megan then joined United Church Homes and held various roles including Data Entry Clerk from October 2012 to June 2013, Employment & Safety Services Assistant from June 2013 to August 2020, Human Resources Coordinator - Technology from August 2020 to December 2021, and currently as a Human Resources Information System Administrator from December 2021 onwards.

Megan James completed their high school education at Harding High School from 2004 to 2008. Megan then attended The Ohio State University from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in General Studies.
