Lindsey Altenhofen

Lindsey Altenhofen has a diverse work experience in various educational institutions and organizations. Lindsey currently serves as the Director of Outreach and Education at the United Church of Christ. Prior to this, they were the Grinnell Education Partnership Data and Planning Coordinator at Grinnell College. Previously, they worked as a Classroom Teacher at both Bergman Academy and Des Moines Public Schools. Lindsey also has experience as a Lead Student Instructor at the Jacobson Institute for Youth Entrepreneurship. Their work experience spans from 2012 to the present, showcasing their commitment to education and community outreach.

Lindsey Altenhofen completed their Master of Science in Literacy Education at Drake University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
