John Huber, PE PMP, currently serves as the Central Engineering Manager at UCOR, overseeing engineering program and design services since September 2022. Prior to this role, Huber was the Manager of Design Engineering at Washington River Protection Solutions for over 13 years, where responsibilities included managing a multi-discipline design services group and implementing project management processes. Huber's extensive experience also includes positions as Sr. Project Manager at Fowler LLC, Chief Engineer at both MJ Bower & Associates and Los Alamos Technical Associates, and Senior System Engineer at CH2M Hill Hanford Company. Huber began a career with Westinghouse Hanford Company as a Plant Design Engineer and gained earlier experience as a Senior Test and Payloads Engineer with Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Huber earned a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and holds an Associate of Arts & Science in Pre-Engineering from Columbia Basin College.

United Cleanup Oak Ridge is conducting major cleanup activities at the laboratory and the security complex as well as remedial activities. Their packaging, loading, shipping, and disposal of all waste from deactivation, demolition, and remediation activities. UCOR is deactivating and demolishing excess facilities, which includes remediatingcontaminated soil, water, and infrastructure.
