Dejan Kocic is an experienced professional in the field of customer operations and project management, currently serving as Director of Customer Operations and Head of PM at United.Cloud since November 2016. Prior to this role, Dejan held the position of Delivery Manager at Endava and managed projects and teams at PSTech, focusing on software delivery and quality assurance for major ICT clients. Dejan's extensive background includes roles as a Senior Solution Architect and Technical Project Manager at European Dynamics, where solutions design and IT service delivery were key responsibilities. Dejan began their career as a programmer at NIS, Serbia, and as a programmer analyst at the Water work company “Naissus.” Academic credentials include a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Electronics Nis, alongside a high school education in Mathematics and Computer Science.
