Jeff Horner

Jeff Horner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the accounts receivable management industry. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President at UCB since 2005, Jeff Horner plays a crucial role in the growth and development of one of the largest privately held ARM companies in the United States. Prior to this, Jeff Horner was President of United Revenue Service, Inc. from January 1993 to August 2000, where management of a 100-employee debt collection service catering to various sectors occurred, culminating in the sale of the business to UCB. Earlier in Jeff Horner's career, general management of collection and sales operations was undertaken at Rossman & Company from 1982 to 1993, focusing on multiple markets including education, healthcare, and banking. Jeff Horner holds a BA in Political Science and Business from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
