Jayed Ahmed

Jayed Ahmed, ACA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jayed started their career as an intern at Janata Bank Limited in 2013. From there, they worked as an articled student at KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq from 2014 to 2017. Jayed then became an associate at the same company from 2017 to 2018. Jayed then moved on to RANCON as a deputy manager from 2018 to 2019, followed by a role as a financial reporting manager at banglalink from 2019 to 2023. Jayed then joined Vodafone as a record to report senior analyst from February 2023 to August 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Financial Reporting (FAVP) at United Commercial Bank Limited, starting in September 2023.

Jayed Ahmed, ACA, has a comprehensive education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. Jayed obtained their Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Dhaka in 2014. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Dhaka, specializing in Accounting and Information Systems, which they earned from 2009 to 2012. Before pursuing higher education, Jayed completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (H.S.C) in Business Studies from B.A.F. Shaheen College, Dhaka, between 2006 and 2008. Jayed also obtained their High School diploma in Business Studies from Dakshinbhag N.C.M. High School from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jayed has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn. Jayed holds certifications in "Being an Effective Team Member" and "Common Meeting Problems," both received in 2019.
