Moinul Islam Khan has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Moinul Islam began their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Officer at ONE Bank Limited, where they were responsible for providing excellent customer service and conducting various banking transactions. In 2005, they joined Eastern Bank Limited as an Associate Relationship Manager, where they managed the Relationship Management Team and successfully met the branch's annual budget targets. Moinul Islam then moved on to The City Bank Ltd in 2009, where they served as the Head of Sales for American Express Cards, closely monitoring and managing sales teams and ensuring the smooth functioning of portfolio management. In 2012, Moinul joined IFIC Bank Limited as a Branch Manager, and later took on the role of Head of Asset & Cards Business in the Retail Banking division. Moinul Islam was responsible for achieving business targets in asset and card business, as well as for payroll banking. Since 2018, Moinul has been working at United Commercial Bank Limited as the Vice President & Head of Business in the Agent Banking Division. Overall, Moinul has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record in achieving business targets throughout their career.

Moinul Islam Khan pursued an M.A. in English Literature & Language from 2000 to 2001 at Jahangirnagar University. Following that, they obtained an MBA in Finance from the State University of Bangladesh from 2003 to 2006.
