Patricia Whaley

Patricia Whaley possesses extensive legal and leadership experience, currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors and Director at the United Community Center since 2014. As a Director at the Zurn Foundation since 2012, Patricia has contributed to the organization's mission. Prior to these roles, Patricia held significant positions, including Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Zurn from 2002 to 2022, and Division Senior Counsel for the Automation Systems Division at Invensys plc from 1999 to 2002. Additional experience includes serving as a Corporate Attorney at BTR Inc. and as a Senior Attorney at Rexnord. Patricia earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
