Brandon Schmolze

Brandon Schmolze, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brandon is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at United Concordia Dental since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at the same company from February 2016 to September 2021, where they led dental IT transformation projects for Highmark NY and BCBSND, successfully delivering them on time and under budget. Brandon also received the prestigious 2019 Diamond Award for their outstanding work on these projects.

Before joining United Concordia Dental, Brandon worked as an IT Project Manager at United Concordia Dental from March 2015 to February 2016. During this tenure, they successfully managed various projects, including the implementation of dental IT systems for BCBSMN, an AGL Upgrade project, and an Accelerated Reimbursement project.

Prior to their roles at United Concordia Dental, Brandon served as a Project Lead at Sicom Systems from October 2011 to March 2015. Brandon also gained entrepreneurial experience as an Entrepreneur and Partner at FHL Properties, LP. from October 2004 to November 2010. Brandon started their career as a Project Manager at Commonwealth New Homes, Inc. from March 2003 to October 2004.
