Kristen Smith

Kristen Smith has accumulated extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristen started their career at United Concordia in 1991 as a Professional Relations Representative and worked their way up to become a Supervisor in claims. In 2002, they transitioned to the role of an Audit Consultant and subsequently became a Project Manager I in 2005. Later, they advanced to a Project Manager II role, where they exhibited strong leadership skills. Kristen joined United Concordia Dental in 2011 as a Manager in professional relations support services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Dental Network Operations. In this role, they manage a small staff and oversees all communications with the network dentists.

Kristen Smith attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Biology with a focus on Secondary Education.
