Dave Lau

Dave Lau has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Dave currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at United CoolAir since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr. Network Administrator at the same company since October 2018. Before joining United CoolAir, Dave worked as a Sr. Network Engineer at Quality DOT, where they provided IT support for small to medium-sized companies in the south central PA area. Dave was responsible for full lifecycle support for hardware, software, and specialized applications. Dave also worked at Voith Group as a Network Administrator, Network Engineer II, and Helpdesk Manager. In this role, they provided third-tier server and network support for over 750 users across multiple locations. Dave'sresponsibilities included maintaining and monitoring Windows servers, as well as configuring and updating Cisco switches.

Dave Lau received their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Prior to attending Stevenson University, they attended North Carroll High School. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Dave Lau pursued further education at Villa Julie College, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Business Information Systems.
