Quoc Tra

Quoc Tra has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Quoc started their career as a Food Technologist at Sensient in 1999, where they worked until 2001. Quoc then moved on to Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and Nestle, where they held the positions of Food Scientist and Product Development Scientist respectively. In 2006, Quoc joined The Kroger Co. as an Advanced Specialist and later climbed the ranks to become a Senior Scientist. During their time there, they were responsible for product development, training, label review, and creating calculation tools and reports using PLM and Excel. In 2018, Quoc joined United Dairy Farmers as the Director of Research and Development, where they advised executives on key decisions and secured copacking contracts.

Quoc Tra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
