  • Commercials and business development:
  • Effectively network within the business across the region as the face of DXI EMEA crisis capabilities.
  • Collaborate with finance and practice leads to establish a financial reporting structure for the EMEA Crisis COE, tracking and optimizing financial performance.
  • Manage client billability/utilization, adapting targets to the regional market and operational maturity.
  • Take accountability for the revenue and contribution margin of the EMEA Crisis COE projects, aligning with DXI & Edelman's business objectives.
  • Operational capabilities:
  • Establish a scalable and efficient Crisis monitoring system within Europe in coordination with Global COE, ensuring consistent quality and integration with global DXI operations.
  • Contribute to and implement a training and quality control program to standardize the work level, improve analysis quality, and ensure adherence to core principles across EMEA teams.
  • Lead a diverse team of direct and dotted-line reports, fostering professional development and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Enhance the team's secondary crisis expertise, driving regional innovation, evaluating tools, and disseminating knowledge within the DXI network.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and global DXI members for comprehensive crisis management solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in crisis management, research, and analytics, with a focus on the EMEA market.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive regional initiatives.
  • Excellent project management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Agency experience is preferred but not a must.
