Matt Ostrower has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the music and entertainment industry. Matt started their career as a Publicity Intern at Geffen Records in 1998. Matt then worked as an Associate Marketing Manager at Creative Image Associates in 1998-1999. In 2000-2001, they served as a Marketing Coordinator at Boston.com and later became the New Media Marketing Manager at WBUR from 2001 to 2004.

Matt's career in the television industry began in 2004 as a Production Assistant at Universal Network Television, LLC - LAW & ORDER. Matt continued their journey in media and marketing by joining WGBH as a Marketing Project Manager from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, Matt joined Imaginova as an Ad Sales Marketing Manager, where they oversaw all elements of ad sales marketing and increased multi-platform sales across the network. Matt then moved to Pandora in 2009 and served in multiple roles, including Manager of Sales Development and Senior Director of Artist Partnerships. During their time at Pandora, Matt conceptualized and developed the Artist Partnership team and played a significant role in launching various custom series and events.

Matt's experience in the music industry continued as they joined Artists Den Entertainment in 2015 as the Head of Music & Brand Partnerships on a consulting basis. Here, they worked on an Emmy award-winning music platform, presenting concerts by extraordinary artists in unconventional settings.

Currently, Matt is associated with United Entertainment Group since 2016. Matt started as the Senior Director of Music Rights & Partnerships before being promoted to Vice President and currently serves as the Head of Music Partnerships. Matt contributes to the agency by leveraging the people, properties, and platforms that shape culture, creating breakthrough marketing initiatives.

Throughout their career, Matt Ostrower has gained extensive experience in music partnerships, brand collaborations, marketing, sales development, and project management.

Matt Ostrower attended Simsbury High School from 1990 to 1994. After completing high school, they pursued higher education and earned a B.S. in Marketing from Emerson College from 1995 to 1998.
