Dwayne Hills

Dwayne Hills is an experienced IT professional and creative director with a diverse background in technology and digital media. Currently serving as an IT Specialist II at United Family Medicine since December 2022, Dwayne oversees the setup, management, and troubleshooting of technology systems. As the Creative Director and Photographer for Dwayne Hills Photography since March 2002, Dwayne produces and manages all digital media projects. Previously, Dwayne worked at WP Engine as a Technical Support L2 from November 2019 to December 2022, where troubleshooting of WordPress, plugins, themes, DNS, and SSL was conducted. Dwayne's career also includes a tenure as a Network Support Technician at Xerox from March 2006 to May 2019, where training new employees and servicing copiers were key responsibilities. Dwayne holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Delgado Community College, obtained from 1990 to 1993, and graduated from Warren Easton Fundamental High School from 1985 to 1989.
