Olivia Rowe

Olivia Rowe is a seasoned professional in global health policy and international development, currently serving as the Pandemic Preparedness Policy Lead at the Department of Health and Social Care since December 2022 and as a Consultant for United for Global Mental Health since March 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, focusing on international climate finance and country engagement, as well as senior policy management positions within the Department of Health and Social Care. Olivia's background includes an internship at UNAIDS and editorial work on women's health research at Polygeia. Educationally, Olivia holds a Master's degree in Global Health Policy from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Olivia has experience as a kayak instructor with Norwich Canoe Club.
