George Matchak has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. George started their career as a Banquet Manager at Days Inn in 1994, where they managed daily functions of the banquet department. George then served as a Weights and Inspection Manager at New Penn Motor Express, where they handled weight and density studies and increased company revenue. In 1995, they worked as a Quality Inn Front Desk Supervisor, responsible for various tasks related to daily hotel operations.
In 2000, George joined Proforma Global Sourcing as a Customer Service Manager and Production Manager, managing production schedules and resolving customer queries. George later transitioned to Starline Inc. as a Business Development Manager, creating a new outside sales position and leading a team of reps.
From 2007 to 2012, George worked at Sweda Company as a Regional Sales Director, targeting, developing, and managing business relationships and increasing sales. George then joined Hybrid Multiline Consultants as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they partnered with key supplier brands and provided marketing solutions to clients in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Southeast.
George's next role was at Hit Promotional Products as a Territory Manager, where they monitored and managed opportunities for customers and increased revenue. In 2019, they joined United Franchise Group as a Business Advisor, eventually progressing to roles such as Support Manager, Operations Manager, and currently, Director of Product Strategy. In their current role, George is accountable for the execution of enterprise-wide processes and supports over 300 franchises worldwide. George Matchak earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Felician University between 2004 and 2007.
