Jay Frost

Jay Frost has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jay is currently the Vice President of Operations at United Gear & Assembly, starting in October 2022. Before that, they were the owner of STEP Physical Therapy since June 2007, where they specialized in various therapy programs and non-therapy programs.

Prior to their work at STEP Physical Therapy, Jay worked at Atlas Manufacturing in various roles from June 2006 to October 2022. These roles included Director Strategic Initiatives, Director Supply Chain, Operations Manager, Director Quality and Technology, Director Engineering and Quality, and Quality Manager. Jay'sresponsibilities at Atlas Manufacturing included managing metal fabrication, contract manufacturing, and quality control for various industries.

Before joining Atlas Manufacturing, Jay had roles at Fey Industries, including QA Supervisor from 2000 to 2006 and Manufacturing Engineer from 1999 to 2000.

Jay Frost has a diverse education history. Jay obtained a Management & Leadership Certificate in June 2017 from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they also completed their education in a field of study that is not specified. Prior to this, Jay Frost earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Dakota from 2002 to 2005. Jay completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Jay Frost has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters. In 2003, they achieved the certification of Certified Quality Engineer, also from ASQ - World Headquarters.
